Fall Coconut Breeze

Special Equipment: Cocktail Shaker, Highball Glass, Cocktail Spoon
Serves: 2 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Non-Alcoholic Beverage


  • 3/4 Cup / 180 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 Cup / 120 ml pure coconut water 1/2 Teaspoon pure ginger juice (or a nub of ginger muddled or chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon runny honey
  • 2 Limes & 1 juiced and 1 sliced thin
  • 2 Sprigs of rosemary


  • Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, ginger juice, & honey in a cocktail shaker or mason jar shake or stir until the honey is dissolved
  • Add cubed or crushed ice into a highball glass
  • Garnish glass with a lime wheel, rosemary, & optional sliced ginger
  • Pour the pineapple coconut water into the prepared glasses & we’re ready to feel the breeze
