Ingredients
Pickle Liquid
3 Cup | 690 g Water
3 Cup | 690 g Vinegar, Distilled
1 Cup | 215 g Sugar, Granulated
1 1/2 Tablespoon | 12 g Salt, Kosher
1/2 Oz | 15 g Spice Mix
Other
2 Lbs Vegetables, cut to your liking
Method
Pickling Liquid
- Bring Water, Vinegar, Sugar, & Salt to a boil
- Turn off heat & add pickling spices
- Let steep for 30 minutes
- Pour pickle over vegetables
- Once cool, cover & store in the fridge
