Quick Pickle

Special Equipment: Scale, Chef Knife, Pot
Serves: 3 – 32 Oz Jars

Ingredients

Pickle Liquid

3 Cup | 690 g Water
3 Cup | 690 g Vinegar, Distilled
1 Cup | 215 g Sugar, Granulated
1 1/2 Tablespoon | 12 g Salt, Kosher
1/2 Oz | 15 g Spice Mix

Other

2 Lbs Vegetables, cut to your liking

Method

Pickling Liquid

  • Bring Water, Vinegar, Sugar, & Salt to a boil
  • Turn off heat & add pickling spices
  • Let steep for 30 minutes
  • Pour pickle over vegetables
  • Once cool, cover & store in the fridge
