Through her company, Carroll Couture Cuisine, she creates experiences that merge artistry and hospitality. The company’s work spans private dinners, cooking classes, demos, food tours, team-building events, consulting, and brand collaborations. Each experience is designed to leave a lasting impression.

She also co-founded the Sisterly Love Collective, a nonprofit organization that mentors and empowers women across the culinary industry. Her dedication to excellence and advocacy has earned her honors including Philadelphia Magazine’s Best New Chef, Eater’s Best New Restaurant and Chef of the Year, and recognition by the James Beard Foundation as protégé of Chef Eric Ripert.
